Hi All, Man Anchor is running a free workshop on the Coast and I would love for all my friends on the Coast to share it or come along to say hi. It’s an evening for both males and females from 15 up.We are super excited to heading to the Central Coast on the 5th of May to run our #letstalk workshop at the Charmhaven Indoor Sports Centre from 6:30pm. What a fantastic day working with two unbelievable forward thinking companies in @epsonaust & @dyson .
Today we facilitated two of our program, #letstalk Workshop for Epson Australia & New Zealand followed by a fantastic 2nd session of Mental Health First Aid with Dyson Australia.
13 months ago I would have never considered the unbelievable value of online mental health education. The ability to bring national and international organisations together to educate and build on and support a positive culture around mental health is now hitting a new level.

A massive thank you to @hcapgroup for their unbelievable support of Man Anchor. HCAP Development have generously donated our Mental Health HUB space in Collaroy.
The space so far has seen Man Anchor provide free #letstalk workshops and other programs which include Mental Health First Aid, we have also kicked off provided low cost counselling for the community from the hub.
