High School Mental Health Program a Success!

Over the last few months, we have been working with over 756 high school students in a program rollout to empower help-seeking and support around mental health problems and crises such as suicide. The program provides each student with the tools to support both their own health but also be able to influence change within their friends and family.
The program was rolled out across 9 weeks and 81 sessions with each student participating in 3 x 90-minute sessions.
I am unbelievably proud of the rollout of this program and the outcomes with astonishing feedback from the students. I big shout out to Man Anchor funding partners Gotcha4Life Foundation & HeadAboveWater this would not be possible without your support.
With youth suicide being the leading causes of death in young Australians it’s important that we do everything in our power to support youth mental literacy and mental fitness.
We would love to partner with other organisations to fund programs like this across Australia and New Zealand to save young people’s lives so if you would like to support our work I would love to talk with you.
